We operate on a simple 4-week membership model—no long-term contracts, no hidden fees, and no gimmicks. Your membership gives you unlimited access to expert coaching, small group classes, and structured programming built for real results. This isn’t just access to a gym—it’s a system designed to keep you consistent, accountable, and progressing.

We cap our classes at 20 people to make sure coaching never gets lost. Every session is designed so our coaches can actually coach—correct movement, adjust training, and give every member the attention they deserve. Smaller classes mean better accountability, better training, and better results.

We combine elite coaching, professional-level programming, premium Rogue equipment, and small group training that keeps standards high and members accountable. No. We offer early morning, afternoon, and evening classes Monday through Friday, as well as community classes on Saturday to fit a wide range of schedules. You can view our full schedule on our website or social media.

Membership includes unlimited access to all classes, personalized coaching, progressive training blocks and regular testing weeks to track progress.

No—we keep our pricing consistent because every member at The Workhouse Fitness is valued equally. We don’t believe in gimmicks, heavy discounts, or locking people into long-term contracts. Our focus is simple: deliver an elite training experience, real results, and a community people genuinely want to be part of. If the coaching, environment, and results are right, people stay for the right reasons.

No—and that’s by design. While we use barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, sleds, and other performance equipment, our training approach is completely different. At The Workhouse Fitness, you won’t find random workouts, overly technical lifts, or chaos for the sake of intensity. Our focus is structured strength and conditioning, progressive programming, and expert coaching that delivers long-term results. Think professional weight room, built for real people—not a traditional CrossFit gym.

All classes are 60 minutes, including warm-up, workout, and cooldown. Every minute is structured to give you the most value out of your time.
